Breaking God’s Heart

By: Eric Turner with permission of Teshuva Ministries .

As we all walk in the freedom that Yeshua/Jesus has blessed us with, many times we find that we tend to slip away from the promised blessings of the Holy Scriptures. Many Christians go to church every Sunday and Wednesday, are very active in their participation, and generally try to live their lives in a manner that is pleasing to YHVH(Name of God). What I hear quite often though from these devoted followers of Yeshua/Jesus, is that even though they believe, and even though they love YHVH, (the LORD as written in English Bibles) and even though they do all the things that they are taught by the Pastors and Sunday School teachers, they still somehow feel a million miles apart from the relationship and intimacy that the Holy Scriptures promise for them that “believe”.  I hear the same sermons over and over on the radio and from the pulpits, covering the same topic as we are here. The Pastors and Apologists are always seeming to have sermons on being patient, and telling believers to be faithful, even if they feel their prayers are not being answered, even if they are experiencing tribulations, even though they may feel as if God had forgotten them.  When I hear these things it saddens me, because there truly is an easy fix to all these problems. If a believer is not experiencing the promised blessings we get in the scriptures, there is a reason, and it is NEVER that YHVH(The LORD) has forgotten about them. We have an issue here. Believers are truly trying to gain that intimate relationship, but the churches all seem as if they are ”whitewashed tombs”, a lot of praise and worship, but really and truthfully, they bring no real change in people’s lives.

The question I often ask these people when I encounter them is, “Where do blessings come from?” Most people give me different answers. Some say Yeshua/Jesus gives us the blessings, some say that being a “good Christian” brings us blessings,  but most Christians really do not know where the blessings really come from. Most are under the assumption that blessings are given unconditionally. Nothing could be further from the Truth. Pastors, week after week, promise people an “overnight” change or transformation when we “accept Jesus into our hearts”, but is this really what the Bible teaches?

Most all Christians will agree that the Bible is the Word of the Creator, and that it is 100% Truth, and infallible, so my next question is this, “if the Bible is truth and infallible, why are the promises of so many blessings not being met? Is God asleep? Has he forgotten His people? Has he turned His backs on His people?” Seems that more and more people are asking these questions, and they are very valid questions. The problem is, the leaders in the Churches have no idea what to tell these people when they come into their offices crying their eyes out upset and asking, “Why won’t God bless me?”

This teaching will try to answer these questions, and provide these Believers the answers they so passionately want. What if I told you that blessings are NOT unconditional? What if I told you that blessings are NOT free of charge? What if I told you that blessings do NOT come from “asking Jesus into your heart”? Would this offend you? What we will do, is talk about exactly where the blessings come from, and what must be done in order to receive them.

First, I would like to say right off the bat, SALVATION is a FREE GIFT, and no man can do anything to work their way into Heaven; again, I am NOT teaching Salvation by works. Salvation is by faith through grace, a free gift. Yeshua/Jesus is the ONLY door that leads into the Kingdom of Heaven. For more information on this, see our teaching, The Parables:  Understanding the Hidden Mysteries

Salvation, however, is not what we are going to discuss today. We are speaking only to those people who have already accepted Yeshua/Jesus as their Master and Savior. This is not a salvation message. This message is solely for the People of YHVH, and intended to show where the blessings, AFTER salvation, come from. Accepting Yeshua/Jesus as your Savior is only the first step, once you accept the truth that he is the savior of the world, and your redeemer, there is more WORK to be done. You see, Yeshua did not just want us to be saved, He wanted us to be LIKE HIM, He wanted us to eliminate sin in our lives, to grow into mature full grown spiritual men and women. He wanted us to become a holy and set apart people, a holy priesthood and royal nation, acceptable to YHVH without spot or blemishes; He wants us to be “Christ-like”. The first part to this study is to pinpoint exactly where blessings come from, and find out if, in fact, blessings are or are not conditional; after all, if people do not know how to receive blessings, they are stuck still in confusion and it can lead to losing faith in YHVH(God). He does have some pretty awesome promises, and when it SEEMS these promises are not met, we start to believe that he may not be real, or that he may have turned His back on us. If the Bible is Truth, then we already have the answers, all we need to do is ask the right questions. So, WHERE DO THE BLESSINGS COME FROM?

Most Scholars will agree that the first mention of a word in the Scriptures will carry the same thematic scheme throughout the entirety of scriptures. This is called “The law of first mention”. The first time the word blessing is used in the scriptures is in Genesis 12.

Gen 12:1 Now the LORD said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you 2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing 3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”4 So Abram went, as the LORD had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran.

What we see here in this passage of scripture is Abram’s blessing was not unconditional; it required action on the part of Abram. He had to leave the country in which he lived and go to the land he was to be shown in order to receive the blessing. At this time, Abram, who had not yet been renamed into Abraham, lived in a pagan idolatrous society, and YHVH(God) told him he must come out from there in order to receive His blessings.

This theme of coming out from among the pagan nations and being set apart in order to receive blessings is the theme that is carried out throughout the rest of the Holy Scriptures, starting here in Genesis, and continuing all the way to the very last chapter of Revelation. This CONDITIONAL theme also is portrayed in the entirety of scripture, and will not change. The blessings are promises based on a requirement of the person entering the Covenant to actually do “something” in order to receive the blessings. The promise was delivered to Abraham, and his seed that would come after him, his descendants were to carry the Promises. Abraham’s son Isaac, the son of the Promise was the next in line to carry this blessing.

Speaking to Isaac, YHVH instructs him,

Gen 26:2 The LORD appeared to him and said, “Don’t go down into Egypt, but live where I tell you. 3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father; 4 And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;5 BECAUSE (conditional) that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

Now we see another piece added to the puzzle. It was because Abraham OBEYED the voice of YHVH, kept his charge, commandments, statutes, and laws that YHVH(God) blessed Him and His seed. Again, this is a CONDITIONAL promise, dependent upon the obedience of Abraham and His descendants.

Now that we have established a bit of context and discovered the “Genesis”, or seed, of where blessings come from, let us move on to the Covenant of Moses and see what the blessings were conditional upon. As Moses was preparing the Israelites to cross over into the promised inheritance that was promised to Abraham and His seed, we find the same thematic concept, blessings conditional upon obedience.

Deu 11:26 “See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse: 27 the blessing, if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, 28 and the curse, if you do not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside from the way that I am commanding you today, to go after other gods that you have not known. 29 And when the LORD your God brings you into the land that you are entering to take possession of it, you shall set the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ebal.30 Are they not beyond the Jordan, west of the road, toward the going down of the sun, in the land of the Canaanites who live in the Arabah, opposite Gilgal, beside the oak of Moreh? 31 For you are to cross over the Jordan to go in to take possession of the land that the LORD your God is giving you. And when you possess it and live in it,32 you shall be careful to do all the statutes and the rules that I am setting before you today.

Again, we see here a CONDITIONAL covenant and promise. If they obeyed the commandments of YHVH(God), they would be blessed, if they disobeyed, they would be cursed. We do the same with our Children; if they obey us, we bless them; if they disobey us, we curse them by punishment or chastisement until they learn to obey.

It is our choice whether we receive blessings or not. Most Christians will agree up to this point, that the Covenant established at Sinai was based on a system of both blessings, and curses. Where most disagree, is that the same system, in FACT, did carry over into the Renewed Covenant, of which Yeshua/Jesus is the Mediator.   Now we must look into why a New Covenant had to be established. I will not go into great detail here, but will cover the basic insights in exactly why a Renewal of the Covenant had to be established. For an in depth understanding of this reasoning, watch the teaching from 119 Ministries called “The Lost Sheep”  or the Teaching by Jim Staley titled “Identity Crises”.But for a basic understanding let us go over the reasons of the Renewed Covenant.

After Solomon, the Nation of Israel had a Civil War, between the Northern Kingdom called the House of Israel, consisting of Ten Tribes, with Samaria as its capital and the House of Judah, consisting of two Tribes in the Southern Kingdom, Jerusalem being its capital. The War was over the place and times of Worship.( 1 Kings 12:1-16, 1 Kings 12:12-20, 1 Kings 14:21-31)The Northern Kingdom, the House of Israel, thought the place of worship was in Samaria, in Bethel. The Southern Kingdom, where the Temple was, said that Jerusalem was the place to worship. The Northern Kingdom rebelled against the instructions YHVH gave King David to move to Jerusalem, and in the process, developed a man-made system of Worship where they mixed pagan idolatrous worship in with the worship of YHVH(2 Kings 17). YHVH(God) sent the House of Israel Prophets to call them to repentance, but the House of Israel rebelled, and YHVH gave them a certificate of Divorce for their Spiritual Adulteries.

Jer 3:1 “If a man divorces his wife and she goes from him and becomes another man’s wife, will he return to her? Would not that land be greatly polluted? You have played the whore with many lovers; and would you return to me? declares the LORD.2 Lift up your eyes to the bare heights, and see! Where have you not been ravished? By the waysides you have sat awaiting lovers like an Arab in the wilderness. You have polluted the land with your vile whoredom.3 Therefore the showers have been withheld, and the spring rain has not come; yet you have the forehead of a whore; you refuse to be ashamed.4 Have you not just now called to me, ‘My father, you are the friend of my youth-5 will he be angry forever, will he be indignant to the end?’ Behold, you have spoken, but you have done all the evil that you could.” 6 The LORD said to me in the days of King Josiah: “Have you seen what she did, that faithless one, Israel, how she went up on every high hill and under every green tree, and there played the whore? 7 And I thought, ‘After she has done all this she will return to me,’ but she did not return, and her treacherous sister Judah saw it.8 She saw that for all the adulteries of that faithless one, Israel, I had sent her away with a decree of divorce. Yet her treacherous sister Judah did not fear, but she too went and played the whore.

We see here that YHVH provided the House of Israel with a decree of divorce. According to the Torah/Law of YHVH, Israel could not return to Him once she was divorced and married another.

Deu 24:1 “When a man takes a wife and marries her, if then she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some indecency in her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house, and she departs out of his house,2 and if she goes and becomes another man’s wife,3 and the latter man hates her and writes her a certificate of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house, or if the latter man dies, who took her to be his wife,4 then her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after she has been defiled, for that is an abomination before the LORD. And you shall not bring sin upon the land that the LORD your God is giving you for an inheritance.

YHVH could not remarry the House of Israel because she was defiled. This created a problem for the House of Judah, in whom no decree of divorce was given. All the Holy Prophets foretold of a day when the House of Israel would be redeemed into a Renewed Covenant with YHVH. The Sages and Priests could not figure out how this was possible, because the only way that Israel could be re-married to YHVH, was if the Husband of the Covenant, YHVH(God), died. We all know YHVH is eternal, and no death can consume him. This has been one of the biggest Mysteries of ancient-present Judaism (House of Judah). The Rabbis and Sages cannot figure out how YHVH would Redeem the House of Israel. YHVH(God) has to die in order to release the House of Israel from the Law of Adultery in Deut. 24, and YHVH(God) cannot break His own Laws, or he would be commiting sin (1 John 3:4). So, how was Israel to be Redeemed into a Renewed Covenant?

First, let us look at who this renewed Covenant was to be with.

Jer 31:31 “Behold, the days are coming, declares the LORD, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah,32 not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, though I was their husband, declares the LORD.33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, declares the LORD: I will put MY LAW within them, and I will write it on their hearts. And I will be their God, and they shall be my people.34 And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, declares the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will REMEMBER THEIR SIN NO MORE.”

This New or Renewed Covenant was to be with the House of Israel AND The House of Judah. Does this mean Judah needs redemption also? YES! We will get into that in a bit, but first let us see HOW YHVH was to redeem the Divorced House of Israel, without breaking His own Laws. Here is where it gets a bit tricky, YHVH had a plan all along, but who is YHVH? We know Yeshua/Jesus was a man, yet he was also fully God, or as the translations we read say, the LORD. Any time in your English translations where the capital L-O-R-D is placed, in the original texts, the name YHVH is there in the Hebrew. LORD is not His name, only a title. So if Yeshua/Jesus is LORD, he is also YHVH! For more info on this, please watch the teaching titled “The Diety of Yeshua” by Steven Gardner, and our teaching “Giver of the Torah” .

Most Christians have no problem with this, but they fail to understand that the God of the “Old Testament”, named YHVH, is Yeshua/Jesus of the “New Testament”; they are one and the same, or as we say in Hebrew, “echad,” meaning one but many, as in the picture of a team or a Family. There are many members, but ONE BODY, another theme played throughout the entirety of scriptures. The Apostle Paul and Yeshua/Jesus really drive this idea home. So, when you read all the “Old Testament” stories, and it says “The LORD” did this or that, that was Yeshua/Jesus and NOT the Father. He was the Husband of the House of Judah and the House of Israel. When he divorced the House of Israel, in order to redeem her back into Covenant, he had to die.

The Apostle Paul explains.

Rom 7:1 Or do you not know, brothers–for I am speaking to those who know the law–that the law is binding on a person only as long as he lives? 2 For a married woman is bound by law to her husband while he lives, but if her husband dies she is released from the LAW OF MARRIAGE(Not the Law of YHVH).3 Accordingly, she will be called an ADULTERESS if she lives with another man while her husband is alive. But if her husband dies, she is free from THAT LAW, and if she marries another man she is not an ADULTERESS .4 Likewise, my brothers, you also have died to the law through the BODY of Christ, so that you may belong to another, to him who has been raised from the dead, in order that we may bear fruit for God.

This is the greatest love story NEVER told. YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus came and took on Flesh and died in order so that when he was raised from the Dead, Israel could be rejoined to Him. This is the most selfless and loving act any God, Angel, Man, or any other being could do, to die for the one in whom they loved.

Now, why is this important for the Christians of today? What if I told you that you are not called to simply be “Gentile Christians” because there is no such idea anywhere in scripture? You were called to be redeemed into a Marriage Covenant with the Creator of Heaven and Earth, and to live a set apart and Holy Life apart from the Pagan Nations; just as Abraham was also called OUT of the Pagan customs and religions in Ur, so, too, have we been called OUT of these Pagan traditions in the Nations. We cannot continue in living simply as Gentiles.

This brings me full circle back to the age old question, WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING THE BLESSINGS I AM PROMISED? Under the Renewed Covenant, we have been sold the lie that it is unconditional, that we can simply cognitively believe IN Yeshua/Jesus, but this is by no means a Biblical concept in any way. Sure, we can take single scriptures out of context and portray this idea, but when looked at in context in the fullness of the Bible, we find no such promise of any unconditional blessings. We do find a promise of the Free Gift of Salvation, but no such promises of unconditional blessings. We have already established from the Prophet Jeremiah that this New Covenant would be established to the House of Israel and the House of Judah; it says nothing about establishing a covenant with Gentiles and another and different covenant with the “Jews” which are the House of Judah. We also read that in this covenant the Torah/LAW of YHVH  would be written on our hearts. Before I continue, allow me to remind everyone that YHVH, the God of the “Old Testament” is Yeshua/Jesus of the “New Testament,” they are not separate persons of the Godhead, but the same persons. This means the Torah/Law/Instructions given at Sinai to all 12 Tribes of Israel, as well as the strangers/mixed multitude/Gentiles that left Egypt with them, was given by Yeshua/Jesus, and not the Father. Again, see our Teaching “Giver of the Torah” .

Many Christians teach and believe that those “Old laws” were given by the Father, and we are now to follow the “Law of Jesus”. There never was, is not, and never will be any separate or new Torah/ Law/ Instructions given. The Torah/law at Sinai is the same Torah/Law of the New Covenant according to Jeremiah 31, and as we will see in the next few passages from the “New Testament” also confirmed by Yeshua/Jesus and the Apostles.

Mat 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them.18 For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.19 Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven.

Yeshua is now delivering the CONDITIONS of the New or Renewed Covenant. Notice he says many things that I have already stated, there is nothing “old” or done away with, and there are CONDITIONS upon this covenant. Those who teach against the least of the commandments will be least in the Kingdom, those who teach and obey them will be the greatest, but notice verse 20, if your righteousness does not exceed the Scribes and Pharisees, YOU WILL NOT ENTER THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN. If the only Righteousness came from Yeshua’s fulfilling the Torah/Law this would not be an issue, everyone who accepts Him will enter, but here it says that our Righteousness must exceed the Scribes and Pharisees, meaning, it is based on merit and obedience and is by no means UNCONDITIONAL.

What is righteousness defined as?

Deu 6:24 And the LORD commanded us to do all these statutes, to fear the LORD our God, for our good always, that he might preserve us alive, as we are this day.25 And it will be RIGHTEOUSNESS for us, if we are careful to do all this commandment before the LORD our God, as he has commanded us.’

Here is another theme carries out throughout all of scripture. If we simply could enter the Kingdom of Heaven by simply “believing in Jesus” as the Pastors and Leaders of most Churches teach, Yeshua would not have said this.

Mat 7:21 “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy IN YOUR NAME, and cast out demons IN YOUR NAME, and do many mighty works IN YOUR NAME?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of LAWLESSNESS.’24 “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and DOES THEM will be like a WISE man who built his house on the rock.25 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on the rock.26 And everyone who hears these words of mine and DOES NOT DO THEM will be like a FOOLISH man who built his house on the sand.27 And the rain fell, and the floods came, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell, and GREAT WAS THE FALL OF IT.”

We see in these verses that this New or Renewed Covenant is by no means unconditional, and requires action on our part. What action is required? We must obey the commandments, which are the Vows of the Covenent, else we will be divorced AGAIN! Yeshua will not come to die again for our sins of Adultery by mixing Pagan worship in with the worship of Him. When I say Pagan worship I mean the customs the Churches in all denominations have adopted over the last 2000 years. The forsaking of the Law of YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus to observe the traditions of men we call Easter (Pagan Fertility goddess) and Christmas (Winter Solstice, resurrection of the sun god, Easter’s husband) and the FALSE SABBATHS of SUN-day, that was enforced in every Pagan culture that has ever existed.

The Prophet Joel tells us about the House of Israel’s adoption of FALSE SABBATHS and the consequences of them if we do not repent.

(Brenton’s LXX Translation)Amos 6:1 Woe to them that set at nought Sion, and that trust in the mountain of Samaria: they have gathered the harvest of the heads of the nations, and they have gone in themselves.2 O’ HOUSE OF ISRAEL(Northern Kingdom), pass by all of you, and see; and pass by thence to Ematrabba; and thence descend to Geth of the Philistines, the chief of all these kingdoms, see if their coasts are greater than your coasts.3 Ye who are approaching the evil day, who are drawing near and ADOPTING FALSE SABBATHS,4 who sleep upon beds of ivory, and live delicately on their couches, and eat kids out of the flocks, and sucking calves out of the midst of the stalls;5 who excel in the sound of musical instruments; they have regarded them as abiding, not as fleeting pleasures;6 who drink strained wine, and anoint themselves with the best ointment; and have suffered nothing on occasion of the calamity of Joseph.7 Therefore now shall they depart into captivity from the dominion of princes, and the neighing of horses shall be cut off from Ephraim.8 For the Lord has sworn by himself, saying, Because I abhor all the pride of Jacob, I do also hate his countries, and I will cut off his city with all who inhabit it.9 And it shall come to pass, if there be ten men left in one house, that they shall die.10 But a remnant shall be left behind, and their relations shall take them, and shall strenuously endeavor to carry forth their bones from the house: and one shall say to the heads of the house, Is there yet any one else with thee? 11 And he shall say, No one else. And the other shall say, Be silent, that thou name not the name of the Lord. 12 For, behold, the Lord commands, and he will smite the great house with breaches, and the little house with rents.

We see that the House of Israel has adopted False Sabbaths, and will be severely punished for doing so AGAIN. Did Yeshua mention anything about who he came to redeem? Did he say he was coming for the Gentile Church, and that he would create a new religion? Did any of the Prophets ever mention that a covenant would be made with a Gentile Church? NO! So who did Yeshua come to redeem?

Mat 15:22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan (Gentile) came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou Son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.24 But he answered and said, “I AM NOT SENT BUT TO THE LOST SHEEP OF THE HOUSE OF ISRAEL.”25 Then came she and worshipped him, saying, Lord, help me.26 But he answered and said, It is not meet to take the children’s bread, and to cast it to dogs.27 And she said, Truth, Lord: yet the dogs eat of the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.28 Then Jesus answered and said unto her, O woman, great is thy faith: be it unto thee even as thou wilt. And her daughter was made whole from that very hour.

We see here he Himself says plainly, he only came for the House of Israel, whom he had divorced for adultery, mixing Pagan worship in with the worship of YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus. He came not to free them from the Laws he said will bring BLESSINGS, but from the CURSE for breaking the Law of Adultery. The Torah/Law brings curses ONLY when broken.

Deu 11:26 Behold, I set before you this day a blessing and a curse;27 A blessing, if ye obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you this day:28 And a curse, if ye will not obey the commandments of the LORD your God, but turn aside out of the way which I command you this day, to go after other gods, which ye have not known.(Pagan gods)

We were redeemed from the CURSE of the Law of Adultery, not the Torah/Laws of YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus. This is what Paul was describing when he said this.

Gal 3:10 Certainly all who DEPEND on the works of the law are under a curse. For it is written, “A curse on everyone who does not obey everything that is written in the book of the law!”11 Now it is obvious that no one is justified in the sight of God by the law, because “The righteous will live by faith.”12 But the law has nothing to do with faith. Instead, “The person who keeps the commandments WILL HAVE LIFE IN THEM.”13 Christ redeemed us from the CURSE OF THE LAW by becoming a curse for us. For it is written, “A curse on everyone who is hung on a tree!”

He redeemed us from the CURSE of the Law of Adultery, so we may reenter the Covenant with Him. We have heard so many times from the Pulpit that the Law is a curse, or it is bondage, or it is sinful to follow it, or it brings death, or it is impossible to follow. ALL, again, ALL of these statements are misrepresentations of what Paul, and all the other scriptures say about YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus’s Torah/Law. We find all throughout scripture that the Torah/Law brings life and blessings IF KEPT, but brings curses and death IF BROKEN. These Pastors are leading you either by ignorance or by blatant deception into possibly being cut off forever from YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus by teaching you it is ok to continue in the traditions of men, False Sabbaths, and Pagan Customs. This also was foretold.  For more info on who truly are false Prophets according to the Bible and not according to the Pastor, see our teaching “Discerning False Prophets”.

Now for the “New Testament” scriptures telling us that the blessings come from keeping the Torah/Law/Instructions.

Mat 5:6 “How blessed are those who are hungry and thirsty for righteousness(Keeping the law, Deut. 6:25), for it is they who will be satisfied!

Joh 13:12 When he had washed their feet and put on his outer robe, he sat down again and said to them, “Do you realize what I have done to you?13 You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right because that is what I am.14 So if I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you must also wash one another’s feet.15 For I have given you an example, so that you may do as I have done to you.16 Truly, truly I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master, and a messenger is not greater than the one who sent him.17 If you understand these things, how BLESSED you are if you put them INTO PRACTICE!

Rev 22:14 BLESSED are they that DO his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of LIFE, and may enter in through the gates into the city.15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things IN THE CHURCHES. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

Jas 1:22 Keep on being DOERS of the word, and not merely hearers who DECIEVE THEMSELVES.23 For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man who looks at himself in a mirror.24 For he studies himself carefully and then goes off and immediately forgets what he looks like.25 But the one who looks at the PERFECT LAW OF LIBERTY and remains committed to it-thus proving that he is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of what it requires-will be BLESSED in what he does.

James calls the Torah/Law the PERFECT Law of LIBERTY. He does not call it bondage, sin, evil, old and outdated, or a curse, he calls it perfect, and LIBERTY. King David also says the same thing.

Psa 19:7 The law of the LORD is PERFECT, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes.9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether.10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.11 Moreover by them is thy servant warned: and in keeping of them there is great reward.12 Who can understand his errors? cleanse thou me from secret faults.13 Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent from the great transgression.14 Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

Psa 119:44 So shall I keep thy law continually FOR EVER AND EVER.45 And I will walk at LIBERTY: for I seek thy precepts.46 I will speak of thy testimonies also before kings, and will not be ashamed.47 And I will delight myself in thy commandments, which I have loved.48 My hands also will I lift up unto thy commandments, which I have loved; and I will meditate in thy statutes.

So how is it that the Laws of YHVH have been so tragically portrayed as all these negative concepts by the Leaders of today’s Churches? It seems every time I mention keeping our Father’s Instructions, there is a Pastor that always quotes Paul out of context and uses it to say the law is a curse, sin, burdensome, and many other things. This is a VERY VERY DANGEROUS position to take, and it is specifically warned against by the Apostle Peter.

2Pe 3:15 Think of our Lord’s patience as salvation, just as our dear brother PAUL also wrote to you according to the wisdom given him.16 He speaks about this subject in all his letters. Some things in them are HARD TO UNDERSTAND, which ignorant and unstable people distort TO THEIR OWN DESTRUCTION, as they do the rest of the Scriptures.17 And so, dear friends, since you already know these things, continually be on your guard not to be carried away by the deception of LAWLESS people, lest you fall from your secure position.18 Instead, continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Glory belongs to him both now and on that eternal day! Amen.

Peter warns us ahead of time that Paul’s letters contain things that are hard to understand and that ignorant and unstable people twist and the outcome is LAWLESSNESS. This is an issue we must overcome, because 95% of the Body of Messiah fall into this category. Is it possible that the Majority could be deadly wrong? Is it possible that most Christians today are believing in a false pretense of Hope of Salvation and are in very dangerous waters and are soon to drown?

Mat 7:13 “Go in through the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the road is spacious that leads to DESTRUCTION, and MANY people are entering by it.14 How narrow is the gate and how constricted is the road that leads to LIFE, and FEW are the people who find it!”

Now we have answered the question, “Where do the blessings come from” and now I am hoping these people who are asking these questions can now see WHY they are not receiving these blessings. We have also Identified that Yeshua did not bring a new doctrine, nor did he create a new religion. We see that by mixing Pagan worship in with YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus, we are in danger of being divorced AGAIN. We see that if we do not repent of the False Sabbaths the House of Israel (Christians) have adopted, we will be severely punished and possibly broken off from among the People of YHVH. We see the covenant was not made with a new Gentile Church. Now we must see how Gentiles play into this. Gentiles are saved the same way the House of Israel was redeemed, they must accept Yeshua as the Messiah, as Master and Savior, and start learning to walk in HIS Torah/Law/Instructions. When they accept the Passover Lamb and partake in His Holiness, they are grafted into the House of Israel. It has ALWAYS been the same process and was not a new theme after the Cross.

Exo 12:48 And when a stranger(Gentile) shall sojourn with thee, and will keep the Passover(Picture of Yeshua/Jesus) to the LORD, let all his males be circumcised, and then let him come near and keep it; and HE SHALL BE AS ONE BORN IN THE LAND: for no uncircumcised person shall eat thereof.49 One law shall be to him that is homeborn, and unto the stranger that sojourneth among you.

This same concept is testified by the Apostles.

Eph 2:10 For we are his masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus for GOOD WORKS that God prepared long ago to be our way of life.11 So then, remember that at one time you were gentiles by birth and were called “the uncircumcision” by what is called “the circumcision” made in the flesh by hands.12 At that time you were without Christ, excluded from citizenship IN ISRAEL, and strangers to the covenants of promise. You had no hope and were in the world without God.13 But now, in Christ Jesus, you who once were far away have been brought near by the blood of Christ(Passover Lamb).

1 Co 11:23 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you-how the Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took a loaf of bread,24 gave thanks for it, and broke it in pieces, saying, “This is my body that is for you. Keep doing this in memory of me.”25 He did the same with the cup after the supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in my blood. As often as you drink from it, keep doing this in memory of me.”26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink from this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until he comes.

I am here to speak the Truth in love, and let you know that if you are one of those still involved in false sabbaths, pagan observances, willfully walking outside of the Torah/Law/Instructions of YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus, that you have committed Spiritual Adultery and are guilty of breaking His covenant. You are in danger of being divorced AGAIN, and cut off from among YHVH’s People. However, since no decree of Divorce has been issued, you are able to Repent of your Sins, and return to the Torah/Law/Instructions of the Covenant, and be forgiven of your sins. You must forsake the doctrines and traditions of Men and observe the Torah/Law/Instructions of YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus ONLY. You must COME OUT from among these systems of man- made religions and traditions that have no benefits whatsoever in your relationships. Once you repent and COME OUT, you will start receiving those Blessings you have so long begged for, and YHVH will welcome you with a Holy Kiss. We have all fallen short and all of us have sin we must repent of, and now the time has come for all people everywhere to repent, lest the Earth be smitten with the Curse. You now have a full knowledge of the Truth, so I will warn you that if this truth is shunned and you continue in the rebellion of lawlessness, there will remain no more covering for your sins.

Heb 10:26 For if we go on sinning deliberately after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,27 but a fearful expectation of judgment, and a fury of fire that will consume the adversaries.28 Anyone who has set aside the law of Moses dies without mercy on the evidence of two or three witnesses.29 How much worse punishment, do you think, will be deserved by the one who has spurned the Son of God, and has profaned the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has outraged the Spirit of grace?30 For we know him who said, “Vengeance is mine; I will repay.” And again, “The Lord will judge his people.”31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

For all those who have read through this long article, and wish to receive the blessings promised, I am here to leave you with a few nuggets of gold to start you off on your new journey to returning to YHVH.

In the Hebrew language, the words are consisted of 2 parts. The first and last letters of the word is the body of the word, everything within the first and last letters is the heart of the word. Yeshua is the Word.

Rev 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.

Yeshua says he is the Alpha and Omega, the first and last, and these are the first and last letters of the Greek Alpha Bet. Yeshua was a Jew and spoke Hebrew, so what he would have said is, I am the Aleph Tav, the first and last. He is the Body of the entire Word. The heart of the Word is everything between the first and last letters. The ONLY place in Scripture we find the Word beginning with Aleph, and ending in Tav, is Psalms 119. It starts with Aleph and ends with Tav, with every letter having 8 verses contained within, making an entire chapter. You want to know why David was called a man after “God’s own heart,” review Psalms 119.

The first letter of the Torah/Law/Instructions is the letter Bet, and the Last Letter is Lamed. These Letters make up the Hebrew word לב , which is Hebrew for heart. The understanding through this teaching is this, if you break YHVH/Yeshua/Jesus’s Torah/Law/Instructions, you are breaking His heart.

Psa 119:136 My eyes shed streams of tears, because people do not keep your law.

Rev 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.13 I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.14 BLESSED are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

May the blessings start to be poured upon them who refuse not correction, HaShem Yeshua, Amein Amein!

  1. This is a good article and very interesting. I have a few questions though. If Yeshua is LORD and not the Father, what is the purpose of the Father or who is He? Yeshua says that those who enter are not those who just call Him LORD, but do the will of the Father. He also says that the Father is greater than He is. My other question is: Is there a difference between salvation and entering the Kingdom? I understand that you are saying that we cannot earn salvation by obedience, but only those who obey the commandments enter the Kingdom. I am not trying to argue, but just really trying to understand better.

  2. The Father speaks the Word, and Yeshua carries out what he speaks, he is the mediator between Heaven and Earth. The wedding has ALWAYS been for the Son, not the Father. You can see this clearly in the Parable found in Matthew 22. Shalom.
